Julip can provide client based home services. Julip believes these services will further assist a diversified set of direct owners, 2nd home owners, absentee owners, seasonal ownership properties, work-out properties and vacation properties throughout the various markets serviced.
@Home service provides unique opportunities for direct owners, seasonal owners, vacation/resort owners, self-managed communities, or seasonal communities and work-out owners’ peace of mind that their investment is being properly watched and accounted for.
Julip’s @Home services allows the most diverse grouping of owner types to pick and choose the need and style of property oversight they wish to participate in. (Typically included within general management duties.) Some owners though decide to self-perform select responsibilities but need occasional assistance of an experienced property management firm as a back-stop, or in case of emergency.
To be successful, any complex endeavor requires leadership. Working in the role of construction manager, Julip provides that leadership on behalf of the owner.
We are involved from the initial planning stage when opportunities to control cost and save money are at their greatest. As the team leader, we work with the owner and the architect/engineer to direct discussions on user objectives, financial feasibility, site utilization and other critical criteria.
In the design phase, Julip’s pragmatic insight into value engineering helps balance functional and aesthetic objectives, while achieving maximum value within the client’s budget.
